How it works

Intake
A hardship email hits the Gmail inbox. The agent reads it through Auth0 Token Vault — no credentials stored.

Evaluate
Campaign policy checks urgency, funding cap, evidence completeness, and household history.

Authorize
Amounts above the auto-approve threshold require the operator to pass an Auth0 MFA challenge.
04
Handoff
The agent records the approved payout handoff, updates the campaign balance, and emails the applicant with the next step.
